We want your Pilates journey to be as seamless and focused as possible. Review our studio guidelines below, and feel free to reach out if you have any unique concerns.
We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. This ensures we can offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a forfeited session or a cancellation fee.
Your 3-Session Intro Pack is valid for 30 days from the date of your first booked session. We strongly recommend attending at least once a week to build a consistent foundation and see the best initial results.
At this time, duet sessions must be booked with a partner you provide, such as a friend, family member, or accountability partner. If you are looking to join a small group, our Trio Circuit sessions are a fantastic alternative.
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows your instructor to clearly see your alignment. For hygiene and safety on the equipment, grip socks are required in the studio at all times.
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time out of respect for the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be treated as a late cancellation for safety reasons.
