At Pilates 4 Me, we offer rehab-infused Pilates — a thoughtful, individualized approach to movement that blends classical Pilates principles with strategies commonly used in rehabilitation settings.
This approach is not physical therapy, and it is not a one-size-fits-all workout. Instead, rehab-infused Pilates focuses on intentional movement, proper alignment, and progressive strength to help you move with more ease, confidence, and control.
